Positive Link is a program of Indiana University Health Community Health that works closely with the CAAG of South Central Indiana. Positive Link is the preeminent provider of comprehensive prevention and holistic social services for those impacted by HIV in Indiana.
CASE MANAGEMENT
Linkage to care is a crucial early step in successful HIV treatment and is defined as the completion of a first medical clinic visit after an HIV diagnosis. Linkage to care plays a crucial role in the HIV care continuum because it is a necessary precursor to retention in care, antiretroviral therapy initiation, and viral suppression.
Our team of professional care coordinators will ensure that you are cared for. The care coordination team will provide HIV counseling, transportation to and from medical appointments, access to support groups, and confidential case management.

FREE HIV TESTING
More than 1.2 million people are living with HIV in the United States, and, according to the CDC, 13% are unaware that they’re infected.
We provide FREE and confidential HIV testing on Mondays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. We use the newest rapid testing method, so testing is fast, easy, and accurate. Our testing staff will always go over your test results with you and connect you with the resources you need.

There are ways to protect yourself from becoming infected from HIV. Condoms have been the main strategy for many years. But, now there are more sophisticated ways of protecting yourself, and it’s time to learn about other options and the benefits they bring, including PrEP
PrEP stands for pre-exposure prophylaxis and is a once-a-day pill taken by those who are at high risk for HIV. They take PrEP to lower their chances of getting infected or before engaging in risky behavior that increases their chances of contracting HIV.
